Terms of Service
PAYMENT/SHIPPING OPTIONSFor your convenience we accept Paypal. We will ship anywhere in the U.S. except to P.O. box addresses.
ORDER TRACKING & RECEIPT
Your package will always be shipped promptly within 1-2 business day(s) of order receipt. You will receive delivery confirmation and a shipment tracking number on all packages, and your order will be received within 10 business days. If an item gets lost in transit, you will receive a prompt, full refund.
REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right and have the following return policy to do so:
1. DAMAGED SHIPMENT - If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email us within 3 days of receipt of shipment, attach pictures that show the damage along with the shipment packaging. If the item is available and in stock, you can choose to have us send you a replacement item or you can choose a full refund.
2. WRONG ITEM - If the item you received is the wrong item (This has never happened thus far.), please contact us and we will make it right by sending you a postage-paid label to return the item, and you will promptly receive the correct item.
3. NOT AS DESCRIBED - We strive to do our best to describe and list as many pictures as possible. However, If you feel the item you received is not as described, please email us so that we can address your concern promptly. If the return is the result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise when it is received. The item must be returned in its original condition.
4. NOTHING WRONG, JUST WANT TO RETURN - If you are simply not happy with your purchase, please email us to request a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee will apply. The item must be returned in its original condition. NOTE: Some items cannot be returned and are noted as such in the listing.
5. FOR ALL RETURNS - Please email us the tracking of your return.

If you would like to place a big order of multiple items, please contact us to obtain a reduced shipping quote.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO HIGH ON SOME ITEMS?
This is because in some cases, there is 2 way shipping & handling costs involved: the cost to ship the item to us in order to inspect the item before then shipping the item to you. For high demand or discontinued products in restricted supply, our cost to obtain the product is up to 200% or more of the normal face value.
CANCELLATIONS
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. However, we must reserve the right to cancel orders in certain extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to orders with unconfirmed or unregistered Paypal addresses , due to product defects, damage, recall, pricing errors etc.
